Finding our ideal property

1. Location

We are targeting property within 10 miles of our office in Wokingham, Berkshire. This our local area and we know it inside out; our property power team is full of local contacts so we can access the right services at the right time. We are especially interested in properties with good transport links, close to shops and popular schools, to facilitate a swift resale with maximum return on investment.

2. High Potential

To add the maximum possible value, we target properties in need of full renovation. Ideally, this includes space to expand the existing property or improve its current layout, such as adding bedrooms or bathrooms.  By unlocking the potential of these properties, we can offer our investors a great return on their investment. We also believe our work benefits the local community by improving the quality and capacity of housing for those wanting to live in the area.
